Canal Fulton Home with Mold Damage

SERVPRO NW Stark County does many jobs. We mainly do water losses but occasionally we do mold work due to a water problem. Mold usually grows within 24-48 hours after water has intruded.

The SERVPRO technicians have received Mold Remediation training from the IICRC. When mold is present it is important to remove all the porous material that the mold is growing on.

As seen in the first picture you can see the mold all along the drywall and baseboards. The second picture shows how the removal took place.

The air movers cannot be placed until the mold is removed to keep mold spores from spreading. With the mold removed the drying process can start.
