Jesse Lee

Jesse Lee is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO for 10 years and is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, LEAD and Mold. Jesse manages the daily operations of our crews, equipment, and vehicles. He supervises all mitigation jobs and guides customers through their restoration and cleanup needs to provide them the best service.

Jesse is married to his wife Denise and has 4 boys: Jess (24), Alex (22), Preston (11) and Logan (10). He keeps busy with the boys coaching their basketball, baseball, and football. The family also has two rescued male rottweilers. When he isn’t busy with work and family sporting events, Jesse, enjoys competing in billiard tournaments.

Not only does Jesse enjoy helping families restore their home after a fire, water, or storm damage, he also appreciates his SERVPRO family. He likes our company summer tailgate parties where the staff and crews get to relax, play games and eat great food!

Joe Embrogno

Joe recently celebrated 10 years at SERVPRO as a Project Manager and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and LEAD. He is a first responder to help our customers that have experienced a fire, water, storm, or mold disaster. He cares about his customers, and he will make sure that when the job is completed that they are confident and satisfied with the work done. He always takes time to answer questions so that customers feel informed and at ease with the process.

Joe has been married to his wife Jackie for over 5 years. They have four fur babies; Gemma a black pit bull, Reign a blue pit bull, and two cats Vino and Vada. He enjoys being outside during any season whether it is hiking, fishing, camping or snow skiing. If he is on call for work, he will have his family and friends over for a cookout by his firepit making sure to never miss a call.

Not only is Joe is here to help our customers, but he is helping our crews by training new employees to make sure that each customer is at ease when experiencing a tragedy to their home or business. Joe always has a smile on his face and has a contagious laugh that makes our SERVPRO parties extra fun. He is a great asset to our team and glad that he has been with us for a decade.

Heather Kinback

Heather has been with SERVPRO for over 10 years and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration and LEAD. She is a Project Manager for SERVPRO and always provides excellent service to our customers that have experienced a fire, water, or storm damage. She has the knowledge and experience to make your loss “Like it never even happened,” no matter the size.

When Heather is not busy working, she will be with her four children, four cats, one dog and her granddaughter. She enjoys reading, hiking, and being involved with community service. She is involved with Destiny Rescue a non-profit group that rescues sexually exploited children. Heather has a contagious giggle that always brightens up the office. If you experience a disaster, she will provide exceptional customer service and expertise to take care of you and your home or business.

Alex Jogerst

Alex a Project Manager for SERVPRO and is IICRC Certified in Water Restoration. He oversees all aspects of assigned restoration jobs and assigned production crews. Alex is one of our first responders after our clients suffer a devastating fire, water, or storm damage. He explains the process of the job to our customers and works hand in hand with our local insurance adjusters.
Alex is married, has a son and a dog. He loves spending time with all of them camping and boating in the summer months. Alex knows how difficult it can be to have a disaster and therefore he works closely with all his customers and his crew to provide the best, “Like it never even happened” experience.

Buddy Reynolds

Meet Buddy Reynolds, a dedicated professional with a passion for restoration and a heart for helping others. With seven years of experience in the restoration industry and four years in management, Buddy has become an invaluable asset at SERVPRO.

Buddy's journey into restoration began after spending eight years in the oil field. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his impressive array of IICRC certifications, including WRT, AMRT, FSRT, ASD, as well as his Lead Renovator certification and OSHA 10 certification.

Born in the beautiful country of Panama, Buddy proudly holds dual citizenship. For the past 30 years, he has called Malvern home.

Beyond his work at SERVPRO, Buddy is an avid sports fan, particularly supporting all Ohio teams. As a true outdoorsman, he enjoys fishing and hunting, often accompanied by his loyal companion, Cocoa, his almost 10 year old dog.

Away from the office and outdoor adventures, Buddy finds joy in home improvement projects and quality time with his girlfriend and her two children. Together, they explore their shared love for hiking with Cocoa and her dog Finny.

Buddy Reynolds is not just an employee; he's a crucial member of the SERVPRO team who takes pride in making a positive impact on people's lives. His dedication, skills, and compassionate nature make him a standout professional in the restoration industry.

Christ Feher

Chris Feher is a crew chief for SERVPRO and is IICRC in Water Damage Restoration. Chris has been with the company almost 2 years now. He started as a Crew Technician and has worked his way to a Crew Chief in a short time by his dedication, quick learning, great customer service and positive work ethic.

Chris is married to his wife Michelle and has a beautiful daughter Bella, a dog named Noah and a cat named Sweet Pea. He enjoys being a husband and father spending his off-time cooking family dinners, playing family games and going to Indians and Browns games. He does enjoy playing poker and golfing with friends.

Not only does Chris help you out in your time of need during a water, fire or mold loss he has become a friend to his fellow work employees. He likes our morning breakfast treats and the SERVPRO holiday parties.

Tracy Myers

Tracy Myers is the Office Manager for SERVPRO. Tracy oversees the work for all our office employees and ensures they are working productively to meet deadlines and adhere to company standards. She has been with the company for over 24 years and started off as a crew technician then became a fire estimator to now the office manager. She is the “Jack of All Trades” at our SERVPRO franchises. She is IICRC Certified in Water and Fire Restoration.

Tracy has been with her better half, April, for over 12 years. Her house is filled with several fur babies – Harlee her Rottweiler, Nero her Mastiff and Dusty her “grumpy” cat. She loves watching her pups run around her giant backyard where she enjoys gardening and then creating meals with her fresh vegetables while watching football and UFC/Martial Arts.

When we asked Tracy, what her favorite experience is at SERVPRO, her response is getting together at the company appreciation parties. Tracy has been an essential part of our “SERVPRO Family” where she has helped tons of customers and has taught countless new employees. Her vast knowledge and decades of experience helps make our SERVPRO so successful.

Kathy Haslam

Kathy Haslam is the Office Administrator at SERVPRO. She tends to all office related tasks, customer intake calls and assists other staff members in all other aspects of the business. Kathy is the voice you hear when you call our SERVPRO. She did work as a Fire Crew Chief several years ago, so she is knowledgeable when it comes to answering customers questions about our industry. After hours you will find Kathy camping her husband, John, of 29 years and their dog Buddy. She has a son and daughter in law that she enjoys spending time with on the weekends.

Mary Keister-Whitmyer

Mary is our Marketing Director for SERVPRO of NW Stark County. She has been with the company for over 15 years. Mary is the one to call if you have any comments or concerns!

Julie Workman

Julie started at SERVPRO as a territory Account Manager 12 years ago. After 7 years as a Sales Account Manager, Julie changed positions and became our Social Media Manager developing creative and engaging social media content on all our social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube. She is a graduate from Denison University and has over 20 years sales and marketing experience.

Patti Wallick

Patti is the Marketing Sales Representative for SERVPRO of Northwest Stark County for the past 6 years. She is a graduate of the University of Akron. She has over 18 years of selling and merchandising experience. She has the talent for identifying customer needs and her exceptional follow ups. Her interests include hiking the Stark County Parks, re-purposing old furniture, gardening and when she can sit still Patti enjoys reading.
