Commercial Water Damage

The water damage in this commercial property was due to a broken pipe from overhead. The property management company for this commercial building in Stark County has used SERVPRO before. They gave us a call right away to work on this job. We were thankful for the repeat bsuiness.

This was not too large of a loss since most of the ceiling was made from ceiling tiles.There is always a little bit of water left after extraction. We placed the air mover to help evaporate the water more quickly.

The copy room was back in business in no time. The staff were very happy to be able to use the room during the drying.
